These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Plinth Ltd ("Plinth", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the Plot service, including the website at plotflo.com and the application at app.plotflo.com.
By creating an account or using Plot, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using Plot on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Plot.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately at info@plotflo.com if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
You may not share your account with other individuals or use another person's account without their permission. Each person using Plot should have their own account.
Plot allows you to create, upload, and manage documents and other content. You retain ownership of all content you create. By using Plot, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content for the purpose of providing the service.
We do not use your content to train AI models. We do not claim ownership of your content. We do not share your content with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that the content you create and store in Plot:
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms, though we have no obligation to monitor or review content.
You may use Plot only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If we make a pricing error, we will notify you and you may cancel before the corrected charge is applied.
We may change our pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the service until that date.
On cancellation, your account and content will be preserved for 90 days. After that period, your data may be permanently deleted. If you wish to export your data, please do so before this period expires.
We may cancel or suspend your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service is provided "as is" and we may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
We are not liable for any losses arising from service downtime, interruptions, or errors, except where required by applicable law.
The Plot service — including its software, design, trademarks, and documentation — is the intellectual property of Plinth Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you. You may not use our trademarks, logo, or brand without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Plinth Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may terminate by cancelling your account. We may terminate by providing notice to your registered email address.
On termination for any reason, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including sections on intellectual property, liability, and governing law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Plot after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may cancel your account before the changes take effect.
